We collect information you provide directly when you contact us: name, phone number, email address, event dates and addresses, and photos/videos you share with us for editing or album design.
Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) may be collected via cookies to improve the website.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to enquiries, create bookings, deliver photographs, films and albums, send order updates, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Photos are shared publicly (portfolio/social media) only with your consent.

Booking and payment records are retained up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
Uploaded photos and project files are kept while the project is active and up to 2 years after final delivery unless you request earlier deletion.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Email us to make a request — we respond within 30 days.
